How do you price your services?
Our translation services are priced per word, nevertheless your project is a small or a big one. There isn’t a fixed minimum fee for small projects.
How long does a translation take?
We depend on human translators and thus one translator can achieve between 1500-2000 words depending on the nature of the text before it undergoes a process of quality control. In case you have a big project, we can assign a team of translators to do so.
Do you offer urgent services?
Yes. Please let us know when you have an urgent job and we will do our best to speed up the process without affecting the quality.
Do you use any kind of software for translation?
All our translations are performed by human, professional translators, but we use computer aided translation (CAT) tools to help our translators produce higher quality translations.
What is translation memory (TM) technology?
A translation memory is a database that stores sentences, paragraphs or segments of text that have been translated before, and thus helps human translators to produce a better, faster and more consistent translation. Translation memories support the localization process, dramatically improving the quality, speed, consistency and efficiency of every translation job.
When should I pay for my translation?
We will send you an invoice of the project(s) done by us if you are a company or government office. If you are an individual, you can pay through bank deposit in advance.
Can you handle highly confidential material?
Yes. We handle private and confidential material and will be happy to guarantee this in writing and by signing non-disclosure agreement.
